Only for Light Counseling offers interactive workshops in the community centering on mental health & wellness. In these workshops, you will learn the basics of improving mental health and wellness, develop vital coping skills, and learn how to reduce stress so that you can lead a more productive life.
Group size/availability is based on enrollment and members must RSVP in advance.
