Workshops

Only for Light Counseling offers interactive workshops in the community centering on mental health & wellness. In these workshops, you will learn the basics of improving mental health and wellness, develop vital coping skills, and learn how to reduce stress so that you can lead a more productive life. 

Group size/availability is based on enrollment and members must RSVP in advance.

A variety of workshops are offered, centering on a wide range of topics such as:

 

  • Depression/Anxiety Management

  • Improving Self-Esteem

  • Overcoming Fears & Phobias

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques 

  • Assertiveness Training 

  • Memoir/Journal Writing Techniques

Workshop costs will vary, but donations are always greatly appreciated. Your donation will go towards location expenses and program costs.
