My goal as a therapist is to help provide this light and in turn, help you to create it yourself. Many people become afraid to look inward and to examine their own depths and mysteries. Some are held back by long-ago buried wounds that they were never able to confront, and as a result, the mind, body, and spirit are affected.
You have come to a safe place, where you can feel comfortable to be exactly who you are, without the fear of judgment. Individuality should be celebrated, not condemned. Together, we will explore what makes you unique and how to harness your strengths and abilities. Taking this first step is never easy, yet it is the defining difference between a path of struggle, and a path of peace.
Healing begins with understanding—shining insight and awareness on what was previously in the shadows. And though it is scary, you are not in your journey alone.
